Still white wine made of Malvasia, a refined wine from the sea, with unique aromas and a powerful flavor. Natural fermentation in terracotta amphora.

Aromas: Wide bouquet of aromatic Malvasia grape, sage, Mediterranean shrub, ripe fruit.
Flavors: Good acidity accompanied by a sensation of softness due to the refinement on noble lees. Excellent and balanced taste, characterized by freshness and minerality. Aromas of ripe apricot and figs.
Food Pairing: Interesting wine for the whole meal. Perfect when paired with Venetian traditional dishes such as grilled cuttlefish, and in general accompanies well all seafoods
Alcohol Content: 12% Vol.
Fermentation in terracotta amphora with natural process.
